Right of withdrawal
The requested works are shipped at buyer's risk.
According to the Italian Decree Law no. 185/1999 about withdrawal, you have the right to return the works provided that written notice is given us by registered letter with return receipt requested, to be sent within 48 hours following delivery.
Refund will be made by means of money order.

Discretion guaranteed for the collectors
The publisher guarantees the highly confidential nature of the data provided by the collectors and also the possibility for the collectors to request the said data to be corrected or canceled simply by writing to [nu] Black Velvet, casella postale 278, 35100 Padova centro, Italy. All information recorded in the files of [nu] Black Velvet will be used for the only purpose of sending favorable commercial offers to all collectors (Law no. 675/96 concerning the protection of the personal data that assimilates the EEC-directive no. 95/46/CE dated 10-24-95).
In case of disputes, the competent Court is Padua.
